Steve Campbell serves as the Director of Property Management for South Carolina, overseeing the execution of CBRE’s Property Management (PM) strategy across the state and partnering closely with leaders throughout the Carolinas. In this role, Steve acts as a trusted advisor to clients and supports the seamless delivery of operations, financial performance and strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
A 14-year veteran of CBRE, Steve previously served as Associate Director of Property Management, where he built deep, long-standing client relationships while overseeing maintenance, operations, capital projects and vendor management for more than 20 million sq. ft. of commercial assets throughout the Upstate. Known for his steady leadership and strong financial acumen, Steve is also recognized for his ability to mentor and develop teams, skills that continue to elevate service outcomes and talent across the Carolinas PM platform.
Steve brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate and facilities management experience. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Program Manager with CH2M Hill, where he led facility operations for a portfolio of eight properties in South Carolina. During this time, he implemented sustainability-focused initiatives, including recycling programs and green cleaning, that reduced waste and improved operational efficiency. His earlier experience with Johnson Controls further strengthened his grounding in best practices and performance-driven service delivery.
