Steve Campbell serves as a Facilities Manager for the CBRE's Asset Services division. Steve leverages his facility management experience to support the Asset Services team of property managers and facility engineers. In addition to developing systems that drive efficiencies and owner/client satisfaction, Steve manages new business development opportunities throughout the portfolio. He specializes in project management, new business acquisitions, negotiations and customer service.
With more than 15 years of experience in facilities management, Steve is recognized as a highly motivated facility service professional in a performance-driven environment with an ambition to continuously improve facility practices and profitability objectives. Prior to joining CBRE, Steve served as the program manager of CH2M Hill. He had full facility management responsibility of eight facilities in the Upstate of South Carolina, and led his team to reduce waste and optimize energy efficiencies by implementation of recycling and green cleaning. Steve's prior experience with CH2M Hill and Johnson Controls has provided an opportunity to utilize corporate best practices in the facility management arena within the Southeast marketplace.
