Stephen Coulter, MAI, CCIM is Director of CBRE Appraisal Management Services in the Midwest Region - Southfield, Michigan office. Mr. Coulter has over thirty years of real estate appraisal, review and consulting experience including over fourteen years of institutional experience developing and coordinating Appraisal Risk Management processes for federally regulated banking institutions on properties and portfolios located throughout North America ranging in value from $1Million to over $1Billion. With a comprehensive background and understanding of federal banking requirements he has helped shape and develop Appraisal Risk Management policies, training seminars and documentation processes for credit and lending associates.
