Stephen D'Amato

Stephen D’Amato is currently an Executive Vice President in the Saddle Brook, New Jersey office.

An industrial broker since 2001, Stephen has nearly 25 years of experience providing instrumental assistance to clients in the disposition and acquisition of industrial, flex, and land assets.

During his tenure, Stephen has been involved in more than 600 transactions totaling almost 50 million square feet.

Stephen focuses on delivering the most accurate, timely and decision driving market knowledge available. In a business where success is often defined by the size of the deal, he sets himself apart by placing a premium on integrity. Stephen is often the first call, whether clients simply need insight to provide clarity around strategic initiatives or are actively embarking upon a search. One of his unique value propositions is that each client—whether seeking a 10,000-sq.-ft. lease or a 1-million-sq.-ft. build-to-suit project—receives the same expert and dedicated attention. As a testament to the loyalty this kind of service inspires, he continues to be the broker of choice for the clients he closed deals for his first year in the business—almost 25 years ago.

Stephen manages service delivery for his clients, advising and overseeing projects from start-to-finish to strategically integrate CBRE resources that include labor analytics, comprehensive market and financial analysis, incentives procurement and supply chain solutions.

Stephen graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and currently resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and three children. He has a black belt in Krav Maga, and enjoys the Jersey Shore, skiing, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and spending time with family.
