Stephen Eynon

Stephen (Steve) Eynon is a Senior Managing Director and member of CBRE’s New York Tri-State leadership team. In this position, he is responsible for supporting the growth, strategy and oversight of the firm’s office business line in New York City.

Prior to being appointed to the New York Tri-State leadership team, Steve worked as a commercial leasing broker for over 30 years at CBRE on office landlord and tenant representation. In this capacity, he advised various entrepreneurial and institutional owners. As well as also provided counsel to several public and privately held corporations in multi-market acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.

Steve’s many notable assignments throughout his distinguished career include serving on the World Trade Center towers 2, 3, 4 & 7 leasing team. He served as the lead for the repositioning of the Empire State Building, where he led over 600,000 SF of leases, including the FDIC (105,000 SF) and Coty, Inc (90,000 SF), which at the time were the two largest leases in the property’s history. His other notable transactions included WPP (700,000 SF), Spotify (500,000 SF), Uber (300,000 SF), McKinsey & Co . (185,000 SF), and Zurich Insurance (132,000 SF).
