Stephen CW Ho has over 20 years property experience in Asia, currently Stephen is heading up the Singapore Residential Business and he sits on executive council of Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA). The past few years he has been specialising on the high network local and international clientel for leasing and acquisition into South East Asia. Before the current position he has spent his time focusing and running the International Sales Department in Singapore before moving into a regional role for CBRE.
Through Stephen early time of managing CBRE IPM businesses, he was dealing with the developer and the south east asia sales and marketing team. Prior to his role at CBRE Pte Ltd, Stephen has in-depth experience providing tenders, due diligence, marketing plans and feasibility studies to clients through his numbers of years in Asia. With his time spent in Hong Kong working with one of the major developer Wheelock Properties working on investment and acquisitions within Hong Kong, China and Japan has put him in good position to advise clients on the feasibility of the current/proposed investments.
Stephen works with the residential team with the day-to-day basis. Sales and rental and is increasing working with family officers which are requiring increase consultation and advise. With the knowledge of which is acquired from LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science) in the real estate Economic of Finance sector has increase the services provided to client.
