Stephen Wessler

Steve Wessler works in the CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team as Senior Vice President. Based in Denver, Mr. Wessler originates multifamily and healthcare loans with a focus on FHA-insured debt and affordable housing.

Mr. Wessler joined CBRE in early 2019, after 3 years at Hunt Real Estate Capital. He has more than 25 years of experience in multifamily finance with particular focus on affordable and workforce housing.

Mr. Wessler serves on the Loan Committee of Impact Development Fund (formerly Mile High Community Loan Fund), a Colorado Community Development Financial Institution. He is also active in Housing Colorado.
