Steve Bill

As a Project Manager in the Midwest region, Steve manages projects ranging from leasehold improvements to new ground up construction regardless of use-type; including office, industrial, retail, education, or health care. Steve’s responsibilities include project facility assessment, strategy development, budgeting, construction management, scheduling, procurement, value engineering, move management, delivery, and project close-out. Steve provides day-to-day coordination of all project consultants, internal team members, contractors, vendors and contract administration on behalf of his clients.

Since joining CBRE, Steve has managed projects for Fifth Third Bank, Wachovia and Industrial relocation/decommissioning for Ford Land.  Wachovia projects included reviewing an outdoor retail center that was in receivership and identifying incomplete and necessary projects along with preparing multiple tenant spaces. Steve was responsible for CBRE’s overall service delivery and external vendor coordination.

Prior to joining CBRE, Steve served as a Senior Project Manager with Fifth Third Bank. Steve has actively managed the construction of over 100 Fifth Third Bank facilities, including new ground-up, bankmarts and leasehold improvements. Prior to that, Steve was responsible for construction at Ethicon Endo Surgery’s (EES) worldwide headquarters. Steve also had the responsibility at both EES and TriHealth for build-out of surgical suites and other capital improvement projects. As a representative on the Beavercreek City Schools project, Steve oversaw the additions and renovation of eight school buildings, which encompassed over 30 acres of new construction and major renovation.
