Steve Chaitin has over ten successful years experience in commercial real estate. Steve has been integral to the San Francisco office’s tenant advocacy and specializes in strategic planning, market research, site selection, and lease negotiations. He has represented tenants totaling over ±2.2 MSF including URS Corp, Jamba Juice, APL Limited, UPS and the California Culinary Academy. Most recently, he represented Heald College on a national basis, leading an account team in negotiating various leases within a 12 campus, ±500K portfolio in California, Hawaii, and Oregon.
In addition to his vast experience working with educational institutions (Career Education Corp. Heald College, and National Louis University), Steve has specific expertise in the technology and management consulting industries.
