Stephen Koldyke

Steve Koldyke is a Executive Vice President within CBRE, INC. Advisory and Transaction Services group, specializing in air cargo and value office leasing in the Great Southwest/Arlington and D/FW Airport submarkets of Dallas/Fort Worth. By also officing in Arlington, Mr. Koldyke has a comprehensive understanding of the two submarkets and the tenants/landlords, allowing him to build close relationship with local prospective.

Before the merger between CBRE and Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Koldyke was a member of TCC’s industrial leasing team, which he joined after receiving his MBA, with a concentration in real estate finance, from The University of Texas. Prior to joining TCC, Mr. Koldyke was with the Staubach Company, where he was a part of Corporate Advisory Services and National Accounts.Before working at Staubach, Mr. Koldyke was a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting focusing on CRM software installations and integrating new business processes.
