Steve Livaditis is currently a Senior Vice President with CBRE, joining the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG in July 2003. Mr. Livaditis joined Insignia/ESG in 1997 as an Associate with the firm's Industrial Services Group. Promoted to Director in 1999, he quickly established himself as one of leading industrial real estate specialists in the Chicago metropolitan area.
An expert in acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and build-to-suit transactions in the Chicago Loop, South Loop, and emerging West Loop markets, Mr. Livaditis, who is also a native Chicagoan, brings an insider's perspective and invaluable understanding to his position. He was instrumental in orchestrating the consolidation and a build-to-suit for HPL's Illinois headquarters, first selling three facilities in Illinois and Ohio, and then coordinating the construction of the company's 80,000 square foot headquarters facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
In addition, Mr. Livaditis is one of the region's foremost experts in the repositioning of industrial properties for target markets and has lead the repositioning campaigns of several high profile buildings in Chicago including 2011 West Hastings, 2141 South Jefferson, 1900 West Hubbard.
Nationally, Mr. Livaditis has been responsible for managing and implementing transactions for telecom tenants. As a trusted advisor and strategic business partner who manages the entire real estate process on behalf of each of his clients, Mr. Livaditis has worked with both local and national firms with diverse real estate needs.
