Steve Preston, Executive Vice President for CBRE Nashville’s Private Capital Group, has been in the commercial real estate business for more than four decades. His years of experience acquiring and developing industrial projects, as well as his office and industrial leasing and build-to-suit experience provide thorough understanding of the Nashville|Mid-South real estate marketplace.

Steve’s years of experience leading regional development and acquisitions in a tri-state area for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR), acquiring/developing approximately 4 million square feet of industrial projects, his office/industrial leasing and build-to-suit experience with Prologis (NYSE: PLD), provides a solid foundation for crafting the best real estate solution for investors and occupiers. Furthermore, since joining CBRE in June 2009, Steve, with other team members, has completed $4.24 Billion in Lease and Sale trasnactions.
