Steve specializes in office sales and leasing. Since 2005, he has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 4.7M SF of office space with transactions total over $650M. Steve’s 2021-2022 transactions totaled over $100M, including over 1M SF of office sales.
Steve’s primary focus is developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans. In addition to structuring and negotiating office leases, Steve’s expertise is assisting with the acquisition and disposition of leased properties.
