Steven joined CBRE in February 2018 as a Senior Production Analyst for the Orlando, Florida office. He is an experienced real estate professional currently focused on the financial analysis and underwriting, processing, and transactional management for commercial loan request. Since joining CBRE, Steven has facilitated the completion of $350MM in commercial loan originations with significant focus on Multifamily Agency finance.
Steven is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management. Prior to CBRE, Steven was with a regional credit union serving in various capacities including Real Estate Asset Disposition, Project Management, and Business Operations.
