Steven K. Greenbush

Steven K. Greenbush is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Stamford, CT office. Steven’s expertise includes tenant and owner representation, consulting, and investment sales for clients throughout Westchester County, NY and the State of Connecticut. Over the last 10 years, Steven has established himself as one of the leading brokers in the Greenwich submarket. In 2021, his market share with respect to leasing exceeded 50% of the total space leased. Steven primarily focuses on advising and representing hedge funds and private equity firms with their search for high-end, boutique office space. Over his 25-year real estate career, Steven has arranged transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet of space.

Achievements

• Steven has been recognized by CBRE as a top-performer at the national level—twice being named Top 10% and six times as a Top 20% broker. He has received the “Deal of the Year” award from NAIOP and was also CBRE’s top leasing broker with respect to Westchester/Fairfield Counties two of the past three years. Steven was named a “40 under 40” by both Westchester Business Journal and Real Estate New York and early on in his career, was awarded CBRE “Associate of the Year” two years in a row.
