Steven Saunders recently joined CBRE Inc. specializing in representing both tenants and landlords in leasing and investment sales of office, land, development, retail and industrial properties in the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and North Orange County. His impeccable work ethic and ability to build and maintain integrity-based relationships coupled with his industry knowledge is the foundation to Saunders’ successes. He has been involved in over 100 Lease/Sale transactions totaling more than two-million square feet and a gross accumulation of $215,000,000.

Prior to joining CBRE, Saunders spent over four-years with Cushman & Wakefield gaining invaluable experience; negotiating lease and sale transactions, developing marketing studies, generating competitive building analysis and growing relationships throughout the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and North Orange County Markets.

Saunders is no fledgling to the industry. Apart from his experience at C&W and his undergrad studies in the field, Steve’s early years consisted of an apprenticeship under the family business in commercial development and construction throughout the Coachella Valley. The Saunders played an integral role in several developments throughout Southern California, including the San Gorgonio Pass Wind Farm Development, jointly constructing the very foundations the windmills rest upon today.

Saunders has represented several Institutional Ownerships such as; Equity Office, New York Life Investments, Arden Realty, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Muller Company, Tryperion Partners, TA Associates Realty, Buchanan Street Partners, Colony Realty Partners, CIP Real Estate & Cal Poly Pomona. He directed a cold call marketing campaign for over twenty-five million square feet of multi-tenant listings.
