Steven Smith

As Director of Project Management, Steve has responsibility for all operational aspects, along with business development, for the Michigan market. Steve assists with the development and sustaining of financial performance and growth of this market. He also provides executive oversight on large scale ground-up construction, build-to-suit, tenant improvement, and major renovation projects for various business sectors throughout Michigan and the US. 

Mr. Smith’s professional experience includes over 25 years of combined experience in design and construction, including 18 years with CBRE in project management and owner’s representation. Steve has managed over $500M in construction projects totaling more than 5M square feet of space. Steve’s career progression includes a distinct array of technical expertise, including space planning/programming, project cost/budget estimating, project scheduling, capital improvement planning, contract management, and quality/risk management.
