Stuart is a Vice Chairman at CBRE and Co-Chairman of CBRE’s Global Cities Practice and has been practicing real estate for 30 years. As a member CBRE’s Americas Advisory Board, Stuart dedicates significant time and resources shaping the company’s ever evolving national and international service delivery platform across all business lines.
Stuart works exclusively with CBRE’s Consulting Practice Group whose depth and expertise are based upon a multi-discipline team incorporating; corporate finance, accounting, real estate law, investment banking and real estate investment banking. The core strength of Stuart’s practice is identifying and managing the best and brightest CBRE resources across business lines; and geographies supporting the achievement of and in many instances surpassing clients’ objectives.
Stuart has spearheaded teams concluding complex headquarters and or multi – market assignments for, both domestic and European based clients, exceeding 28 million sq. ft. across the globe for law firms, governments and corporations alike. A number of his transactions have served to anchor over 3 million square feet of new construction including; British Airways operations center (Jacksonville, FL), Barclays Global Investors Headquarters (San Francisco, CA), Barclays’ financial center (Miami, FL), and Morgan Stanley’s operations center (Salt Lake City).
