Stuart Smith is an Associate with CBRE’s National Data Center Solutions Team. Stuart focuses on powered land acquisition/disposition and developing co-located energy solutions for data centers. Additionally, Stuart works with Executive Vice President, Bill Hassan, on his data center advisory practice for financial institutions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Stuart began his career as a junior broker at Marsh McLennan, where he focused on brokering treaty reinsurance placements for insurance company portfolios. During his early career and following his tenure at Marsh McLennan, Stuart worked under a private equity advisor, concentrating on data center site selection, financing, and real estate acquisition. Stuart holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and Economics from the University of Arkansas, Walton School of Business
