As Associate Field Research Director for the Mountain-Northwest Division, Sue Selle is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the research departments across eight CBRE offices serving all commercial property sectors. Her oversight includes five offices along the Colorado Front Range as well as CBRE’s Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque offices. Sue brings over 25 years of experience analyzing and reporting on real estate market trends to her role. Her responsibilities include guiding the research teams in fulfilling internal and external client requests, supporting strategic business development efforts and pursuits, overseeing the preparation and production of market reports and project/client presentations, and leading regional database initiatives.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Sue worked at Newmark Knight Frank for seven years. Spending five years as a Client Services Specialist and Financial Analyst on a capital markets team, Sue was responsible for performing underwriting and analysis on disposition transactions on investment properties (office, flex, industrial, and retail assets), as well as due diligence coordination, marketing collateral production, and day-to-day support and coordination for clients. She also worked as a Research Analyst in the research department for two years.
Sue’s previous experience included working as a Senior Market Analyst at The Genesis Group for 17 years where she provided market feasibility, land use and product strategies; pricing and absorption forecasts; and consulting services to homebuilders and land developers across the Front Range.
