Sue Selle

Sue Selle, Senior Research Director for the West Region, brings extensive experience and leadership to CBRE. Leading a team of over 60 research professionals in offices across 12 states including the metropolitan areas of the Denver Front Range, Puget Sound, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Phoenix, Sue provides strategic direction to ensure data integrity and consistent research practices across the platform. She oversees staffing operations and is responsible for integrating data intelligence, field research, and thought leadership to deliver a cohesive and market-driven research agenda. Sue is committed to fostering a collaborative environment, empowering her team, and delivering exceptional value to internal and external clients. Prior to her current role, Sue served as Associate Research Director for the Mountain-Northwest Division and Research Manager for the Colorado market at CBRE.

Before joining CBRE, Sue spent seven years at Newmark. As a licensed real estate professional, she provided client support and financial analysis for a capital markets team specializing in institutional office and industrial flex properties. Her responsibilities included underwriting, due diligence, marketing collateral production, market analysis, and client support.

Earlier in her career, Sue worked at The Genesis Group for 17 years. Last holding the title as President, she managed the day-to-day business operations. During her tenure, she led the development of in-house database applications, GIS mapping systems, and reporting tools. She also provided consulting services and developed strategic solutions for homebuilders and land developers across the Colorado Front Range, including market feasibility studies, land use strategies, and pricing forecasts.
