Sung Lee leads CBRE’s Institutional Valuation & Advisory Services (IVAS) business in the Americas and is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with institutional and private fund real estate investors and investment managers. In addition to relationship management, Sung oversees a team providing services in three primary areas: valuation management, valuation advisory, and institutional real estate valuation.
Sung has more than 25 years of experience providing valuation management and valuation services to institutional real estate owners and has strong relationships with many of the industry’s largest investors and fund operators.
Sung joined CBRE in 2022 and was previously Co-Head of Global Advisory & Mergers and Acquisitions at Altus Group, a provider of software and advisory services to the global commercial real estate industry. He had been with Altus Group since 2010, holding senior roles, including Head of Global Accounts and Global Head of Business Development.
Prior to Altus Group, Sung held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Intercontinental Investments.
