Susan Kelly Christman, MAI, is a Vice President within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Melbourne Office. Susan has over 15 years of experience in the appraisal practice and joined CBRE in 2012. Susan has a primary geographical focus on Central Florida, although she has nationwide experience and at one time held permanent licenses in 19 different states.
Susan has performed appraisal assignments on a wide variety of property types including retail (net lease, single and multitenant, shopping centers, malls, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores), office, industrial, multifamily, educational (day care, charter schools, private schools, trade schools, colleges and universities), places of worship, seniors housing, medical (medical office, dental, surgical, hospitals), residential subdivisions (single family, townhomes and condominiums), gas stations, car washes, hotels, entertainment, night clubs, wedding and event venues, sports facilities, amusement parks, dispensaries, agricultural, manufactured home communities (RV/mobile home parks), veterinary clinics and pet boarding facilities, vacant land, ground leases, planned developments, right-of-way and other special use properties. Susan has experience in going-concern valuations, completed retrospective valuations, managed portfolio assignments, and provided valuation support for litigation. Susan’s clients include financial institutions, developers, municipalities, individual owners, estates and attorneys. Susan is additionally a member of CBRE’s National Alternative Valuation Services practice.
