Professional Experience
Susan has been with CBRE for over 22 years. As the Central Division Research Director, she is responsible for recruitment, training/development and supervision of approximately 50 Research Professionals in over 30 CBRE and partner offices. She works with the National Operations team to promote department initiatives, communicates with service line leaders and local market leadership to ensure that Research is meeting the region’s needs, and ensures compliance of company policies and research standards, as well as best practices.
Prior to her current role, Susan was the Research Operations Manager for eight Midwestern offices and served as Cincinnati’s Research Manager.
