Susan Thomas is a Senior Vice President of Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services for the Greater Washington, D.C. region of CBRE. With more than two decades of tenant advisory experience, Susan focuses on providing strategic advisory services to a diverse clientele including corporations, associations, law firms and institutions, all with a vast range of real estate needs and requirements.
She currently leads the D.C. Chapter of CBRE’s Women’s Networking Group, focusing on the development and cultivation of strong female leaders in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Susan was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield for 22 years specializing in tenant representation services.
Susan is active in numerous professional organizations and she has received many industry accolades and recognitions throughout her career including C&W’s service excellence award and the prestigious GWCAR Realtor of the Year award. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
