Susie Park is an Executive Vice President of Global Hotel Asset Management for CBRE Hotels. She supports prominent hotels and resorts across the Americas with ongoing asset management, repositioning and pre-opening services. She currently leads various asset management engagements in North America with a primary focus on luxury/lifestyle assets, both branded and independent.
Ms. Park brings in-depth operational finance and NYC union expertise in luxury/lifestyle hospitality, including hotel and restaurant openings and ownership transitions. She has extensive experience in financial modelling, cash flow management, implementation, auditing all controls to ensure compliance, and developing pre-opening, operational, and post-renovation budgets. She is also experienced in software implementation and transitioning financial reporting platforms.
Before joining CBRE, Ms. Park was an Executive Vice President and Co-Lead of the Americas Hotel Asset Management division of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group. Ms. Park was previously the Director of Finance for The New York EDITION, located in the landmark Clocktower building, where she successfully navigated unprecedented challenges due to the pandemic and prepared a strategic re-opening plan to maximize profitability. She was also the opening Director of Finance of the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center, where she utilized her strong analytical skills to develop financial benchmarks for an asset unparalleled in the city of Philadelphia, which included six food and beverage outlets, including Jean-Georges Philadelphia, JG Sky High, Vernick Fish and Vernick Coffee Bar, Forbes five-star rated Spa and Jeff Leatham’s Flower Shop.
As the Director of Finance, Ms. Park has managed several other iconic properties, including the Four Seasons Hotel New York, the original W New York, New York City’s only Relais & Chateaux hotel, The Surrey and many others.
