Suzanne Ducharme

Suzanne is currently a Senior Project Manager on the Iron Mountain account. In this role, she is responsible for $10.5MM in capital funding allocated yearly to new installation and improvement projects in the areas of security, fire suppression, dust mitigation, emergency egress, and smoke detection within North America Operations.

With 20 years of Project Management experience, Suzanne joined CBRE at the commencement of the Sovereign Bank/Santander Rebranding Program in 2013. She has worked on hundreds of new construction, expansion, consolidation, and disposition projects in the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining the Iron Mountain account, Suzanne worked with the Siemens account for 1.5 years. During this time she managed more than $5MM of capital improvement projects spanning new construction, expansion, 750k SF seamless membrane roof replacement study, and replacement of two chillers and two cooling towers including new gas service for a reversed heating/cooling system installation.
