Su-Zette Sparks is a Senior Managing Director for Americas Consulting, based in Seattle, WA. Her focus is working with organizations to foster transformation, change, and authentic leadership in a fast paced and dynamic workplace. Su-Zette’s unique approach empowers organizations to build cultures of innovation, trust, and inclusion so that leaders can drive business outcomes that are aligned with mission and purpose. She brings passion, persistence, and 20+ years of extensive experience in people centered approaches that anchor change in company DNA.
Prior to joining CBRE, Su-Zette led organizational transformation, culture change, leader and team development, and change programs for Russell Investments globally and later as a consultant across multiple industries and continents.
Su-Zette has spoken on panels for University of Washington (CRE), CoreNet, CREW Seattle, and the Urban Land Institute and has had the privilege to teach a graduate course in Organizational Culture and Transformation at Seattle University. She is co-founder of her own coworking space; honored as Commercial Interior of the Year in 2016 by NAIOP in addition to being recognized for Women in Innovation at MOHAI.
