Sydney Graham, Ph.D.

Sydney Graham, Ph.D. is a Consulting Manager for CBRE's Organizational Change and Transformation practice, based in Seattle, Washington. By connecting employee perspectives with organizational priorities, she develops practical, people-centered solutions that drive adoption of change initiatives, reduce friction during transitions, and support measurable improvements in how teams work together. Her work combines research and communications strategies to help employees understand, embrace, and sustain change, strengthening workplace culture and organizational alignment.

Prior to her time at CBRE, Sydney spent five years in research, communications and consulting across sectors including tech, nonprofit, and higher education. She pairs interviews and focus groups with pulse surveys and adoption analytics to show leaders where a change will stall before it does. Her work includes stakeholder needs assessments, engagement with employee groups across the United States, and research that shaped culture programming, advancement and AI adoption. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Missouri.
