Tabatha Coffey is a Facilities Manager with CBRE Global Corporate Services (GCS) on the Lexmark account. In this role, Tabatha leads a multi-discipline team, overseeing all aspects of Facilities Management (FM) at the Lexmark International headquarters in Lexington, KY and provides FM support for all Lexmark’s leased locations across the Americas.  She is the direct interface working closely with Lexmark’s Facilities Services Manager, building client relationships and ensuring efficient service.  Her focus is to drive value and cost savings across the portfolio. 

Tabatha has more than 10 years of experience in real estate, facilities and operations management.  Prior to her role as Facilities Manager, Tabatha was the Sourcing Manager on the Lexmark account.  In this capacity, Tabatha led strategic sourcing initiatives for real estate and facilities management portfolio including maintenance, repair and operation services.  She executed national/regional contracts and strategies to increase operational efficiency and profitability, developed standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFP documentation, work authorization and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria, performance evaluation and risk mitigation.  Tabatha played an important role implementing playbook processes and reporting of policies and procedures.  She also was responsible for managing sales and dispositions of Lexmark’s surplus assets.  Additionally, Tabatha served as a variable resource providing sourcing to the American Express account supporting multiple locations.  

Prior to joining CBRE, Tabatha worked at Lexmark for 11 years.  In her last role as an Account Manager and Global Demand Planner, she gained experience in account management, budgets, allocation and forecasting in the printer and print head solutions industry working cross functionally with finance, sales and supply chain management.
