Talia Hall is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Distribution at CBRE Capital Advisors. In this role, Talia is responsible for driving CBRE's thought leadership business which includes syndication of new issue across both public and private credit and equities, debt advisory, restructuring and distressed opportunities within the real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure platform.
Talia joined CBRE in 2023 and brings nearly 25 years of institutional sales experience. Of that, she spent 18 years as a senior member of the leveraged finance sales and trading desk at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where she managed relationships for asset managers, hedge funds, ETFs, ETF liquidity providers, and family offices. Throughout her tenure, Talia focused on the structuring, marketing, syndication, and trading of par loans, high yield bonds, and distressed debt in the global capital markets. She also previously served on an institutional sales team in JPMorgan’s Asset Management Division.
Beyond her profession, Talia remains dedicated to philanthropy and her local community. She was a TEAK mentor for underprivileged students in NYC, an active volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House in Manhattan and serves on the Investment Committee for Ronald McDonald House of the Triangle. Additionally, Talia served on the board of the former St. Vincent’s Hospital in Greenwich Village. She currently teaches workshops for the Carolina Women in Business and serves on panels at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. She also leads panels for Duke Business Oriented Women and the Duke chapter of Scholars of Finance.
Talia graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in economics with a minor in German.
