Tamara Hurst is a Strategic Consulting Director in with Global Workplace Strategies Group. Tamara has over 17 years experience in the implementation of complex corporate real estate initiatives, primarily as a change management consultant.
Tamara specializes in the development and implementation of strategic plans for improving the manager and employee experience through hands on training and leadership. Tamara also has extensive experience planning, designing and managing alternative workplace environments.
Tamara’s recent notable work includes the development of change management and communication strategies for the Coca Cola Company. Her role encompasses all areas of the development process from the engagement of employees through training sessions and activities through to advising designers to maintain the programme objectives. In order to ensure embedded change, Tamara also advises on the technological, and workplace infrastructure required to support employee activities and business needs.
