Tandra Felly is a Marketing Manager for the CBRE Capital Markets | Institutional Properties group. Based in Los Angeles, Tandra manages the production of the team’s marketing collateral, including offering memorandums, brochures, proposals, maps, email campaigns, social media graphics, and more. She is also responsible for reviewing materials to ensure corporate compliance and consistency, and serves as the primary contact for all marketing-related business, pursuits, and questions. Tandra has over 13 years of experience in marketing, 9 of which have been in commercial real estate, and has worked with a broad range of local, national, and global accounts.
Before joining CBRE, Tandra was a Marketing Coordinator for Newmark in Downtown Los Angeles and a Marketing Administrative Assistant for Cushman & Wakefield in McLean, VA.
