Professional Experience
Tara Alexander is a Director with CBRE’s Transaction and Advisory team. In that capacity, she is responsible for providing advisory, brokerage and transaction services to various corporate and institutional clients, ensuring quality, consistency and continuity throughout a service delivery process that encompasses multiple, integrated services over a broad geographical platform.
Ms. Alexander has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, joining CBRE in 2003. Most recently, she has represented large portfolio corporations, such as Truist, BB&T, EY, AT&T, ADT, Encompass Health and Georgia Lottery Corporation, by providing single point of contact transaction management and portfolio planning services, including the implementation of creative solutions by way of lease, strategy, acquisition/disposition and portfolio optimization services.
Prior to Ms. Alexander’s affiliation with Transaction and Advisory, she worked with CBRE’s Office Tenant Representation Group, specifically with some of the top performing teams, providing brokerage and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in the Atlanta market, including lease analysis/abstraction, negotiation and multi-market account management. Her local, tenant representation experience combined with a process-driven approach in a multi-market, integrated services capacity, brings tremendous value to clients looking for a consistent, high-level performance in transactions locally and globally.
In addition, Ms. Alexander brings a legal background to CBRE, where she held a Paralegal position, implementing an efficient process in reviewing, negotiating and finalizing all legal documents for execution.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Alexander was employed as a Paralegal with an Atlanta-based law firm.
