Tara Dwyre

Tara Dwyre is Head of Strategic Projects for Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) where she is responsible for delivering key operational and business initiatives. Ms. Dwyre focuses on growth through technology enablement and process optimization, including leading the ongoing development and rollout of the TOPS2 workflow platform. In addition to leading the VAS business partnership with Digital & Technology, she leads change management and internal communications to ensure the VAS business is equipped to provide optimal outcomes for clients.

Before joining the VAS Operations team, Ms. Dwyre was an Operations Manager and technology subject matter expert with CBRE’s Capital Markets Operations group in Dallas, TX. For five years she led broker-focused technology development, enabling sales and debt production teams to streamline tracking and analysis of their businesses and drive client outcomes. As a key contributor, Ms. Dwyre worked directly with production teams and leadership at the market and executive levels to align strategically and build strong relationships, leading to over 80% platform adoption.

Prior to CBRE, Ms. Dwyre was a Process Improvement Specialist with POMCO Group in Syracuse, NY where she implemented process and training initiatives for the growing third-party health insurance administrator. Prior to that role, she worked at Chase Bank for seven years in customer service management for retail and online banking, mortgage loan modification, and mortgage refinancing.
