Tara Rhodes is a Senior Associate in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
As a Senior Associate, Tara provides key analytical, organizational, and material support tailored to the specific situations of clients. Tara is responsible for developing detailed financial models to compare transactions and help major corporations understand the economic implications of various real estate occupancy and ownership strategies on both a cash and P&L basis. Tara prepares lease abstracts summarizing significant clauses to aid in the negotiation process for clients. Additionally, Tara drafts proposals, prepares leasing reports, and collaborates with design teams to develop marketing materials for deal execution of landlord clients.
Tara maintains an active role in the collection, organization and analysis of all information pertaining to various assignments and collaborates with others to support the specific needs of each client.
Tara graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business where she double majored in Real Estate and Finance, Investment, and Banking.
