Tashna-Loy N. Donaldson is the Asset Services Regional Director of Operations for the Midwest and Canada with over 19 years of commercial real estate experience. She is responsible for transitioning new management assignments onto the CBRE operational platform, administering the Environments for Excellence Audit program, implementing Global Standards, supporting new technologies, and conducting employee trainings. Tashna-Loy also leads the integration of the Asset Services platform for newly acquired entities through mergers and acquisitions within her markets. During the 13 years in her regional capacity, Tashna-Loy has transitioned over 180 Million square feet of property.
Tashna-Loy, with her depth of knowledge for the CBRE standards, has played an integral role within the global community of the Asset Services division by traveling to Shanghai, China with a hand selected CBRE team to provide operational consulting for Shanghai Tower, the second largest building in the world.
Most importantly, Tashna-Loy serves as a resource to the Asset Services field employees providing trusted guidance, assistance, and training.
Prior to being in her regional position, Tashna-Loy was an Assistant Real Estate Manager and played a vital role in the transition of 980 North Michigan Avenue (One Magnificent Mile), a high-profile, Class A, 400,000 SF, before managing its day-to-day operations.
Tashna-Loy started her career at CBRE in 1999 as a Midwest Retail Associate within our Brokerage Division. She worked directly with regional managers to prepare proposals for major property acquisitions, organized national and regional retail conferences, and created marketing materials to promote various retail specialties. She was the point of contact for more than 100 sales professionals.
