Professional Experience
Tasos Vezyridis is an Executive Director at CBRE, where he heads the UK & Ireland and Continental Europe Research team. In this role, he is responsible for all European research publications and services, supporting CBRE’s clients with insight-led perspectives across markets and sectors.
Prior to his current position, Tasos served as Head of Thought Leadership for Europe, shaping CBRE’s pan-European research agenda across commercial real estate. Earlier in his CBRE career, he led the UK and EMEA Research & Consulting teams for Retail and Logistics during a period of significant innovation and structural change across both sectors.
Before joining CBRE, Tasos was Head of Research and Strategy at Landsec, the UK’s largest REIT, and previously held roles within Landsec’s retail portfolio team. Earlier, he spent five years at Barclays Capital in London, working in the Global Corporate Real Estate team.
Tasos is an experienced real estate executive with deep, cross-sector expertise spanning office, retail, industrial & logistics, and broader commercial property. He has worked across the occupier, investor/landlord, and agency sides of the industry, building a strong track record in strategy, research, and advisory.
He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc with Distinction in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick, and an MEng/BSc in Engineering from the University of Athens.
