Taylor Callaghan

Taylor Callaghan is a Vice Chairman (Honorary Title) within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group based in New York City. An advisor with broad expertise across the real estate spectrum, Taylor advises both landlord/owners and tenants in NYC and other key US and international markets. He provides a uniquely global perspective to his clients—having started with CBRE in Melbourne, Australia, transferred with the company to London, finally arriving in NYC. Whether working on behalf of an owner or a tenant, Taylor provides an in-depth understanding of his client’s real estate objectives and requirements, enabling them to achieve their goals.

Notable tenant representation and account work includes headquarters and portfolio strategy for Bank of America, Activision Blizzard, Warner Bros. Discovery and BNY Mellon. Taylor also represents a range of key Manhattan landlords on projects such as Hudson Yards and 3 Bryant Park.
