Taylor Crowder is a Director in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Atlanta team. Mr. Crowder joined CBRE in 2022 and is responsible for arranging and executing debt and equity capital for commercial real estate investments across all asset classes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Crowder worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance practice for five years, where he was involved in over $8 billion worth of senior debt, joint venture equity, preferred equity, and construction finance transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Mr. Crowder was an Associate for Wells Fargo Securities in Chicago, Illinois and facilitated the securitization, marketing and execution of more than $32 billion of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized loan obligations (CLO).
