Taylor Ford serves as a Senior Associate on CBRE’s Columbus Multifamily team, where he has participated in the disposition of more than 1,422 apartment units totaling over $170 million in transaction volume. His primary focus is representing the sale of multifamily assets throughout Central Ohio.
In addition, Taylor specializes in financial underwriting and valuations, conducting in-depth reviews of operating and financial statements for multifamily properties. With more than seven years of real estate experience, he brings clients meaningful insight into multifamily sales and development opportunities. Before transitioning into multifamily investment sales, Taylor spent 12 years as a PGA TOUR Caddie, working alongside players including Stewart Cink, Justin Leonard, and Sam Bennett.
