Taylor Froland is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Affordable Housing, focusing on transaction sales and client service delivery. Since his beginnings with the company in 2014, Taylor has advanced his career from a Financial Analyst Intern to a Financial Analyst, then moved to the advisory group as an Associate in 2017. As a Financial Analyst, he gained knowledge in the affordable housing industry by underwriting over 175 properties valuing a total of $2 billion. To date, he has participated in the disposition of over 475 transactions totaling over $7.7B in real estate value. Taylor received his education in business administration with a focus on finance from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
