Taylor Millman has over 11 years’ experience in nationwide high-quality ALTA Surveys. At CBRE, she facilitates smooth closings through effective communication with owners, lenders, attorneys, and title companies. She also assists clients with real estate research, obtaining zoning compliance reports, and provides support for all their commercial real estate due diligence needs.
She previously served as a Project Coordinator at Millman National Land Services, a national real estate due diligence firm, primarily conducting commercial land surveying, that was acquired by CBRE in 2023. At 18 years old, she began working as a Business Services representative at the company, presenting the initial communication and research on properties for commercial real estate professionals in search of acquiring on-time ALTA Surveys nationwide. In 2019, she began her work as a Project Coordinator.
Since then, she has been the main point of contact and organizer for the completion of thousands of commercial real estate due diligence projects. She is sincerely passionate about her work and maintains a strong commitment to her clients. When not working, Taylor is spending time with her 7-year-old daughter, cooking, baking, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
