Ted is a Senior Vice President for the CBRE Boston Consulting practice. Ted specializes in the financial optimization of international portfolios and major headquarters transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Ted spent four years at Transwestern as an Analyst, Senior Analyst and Vice President. He has also held analytics roles with various companies, such as the Boston Celtics and Altus Marketing & Management. He assists the firm's National, Urban and Suburban teams by consulting with tenant and landlord clients to evaluate financial sensitivities within their portfolios and by modeling potential scenarios to optimize these portfolios. Ted also works directly with tenant clients' finance teams to help align transaction structure with internal accounting procedures to ensure the greatest possible financial outcome for all transactions.
