Terence Fox

Terence Fox is a Senior Associate in the CBRE San Jose office focused on warehouse and industrial properties across Silicon Valley and the South Bay. Terence advises building owners and investors in all phases of their commercial real estate needs including site selection, analysis, lease negotiation, property purchases and sales. He has successfully completed over 90 transactions advising occupiers, building owners and investors.

Prior to CBRE, Terence spent over two decades in the beer and beverage industry where he oversaw the operation and distribution of major beer and beverage suppliers. Terence’s inherent understanding of his clients’ needs stems from his experience across sales, business development and executive leadership. As a result, he is able to align clients’ real estate goals with their business priorities and better position them for long-term success.

Terence grew up in Saratoga and Los Gatos. He resides in San Jose with his wife Michele and sons Ryan, Connor and Brady.
