Teresa Mancuso

Teresa Mancuso is Managing Director for CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division. She serves as Alliance Director on the global HCA account, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, where she leads and supports project management and lease administration efforts. HCA is the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services and Teresa is responsible for a team of 49 Global Corporate Services employees and 3.1 million square-feet of medical buildings stretching across six states. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and as a result has gained an adept knowledge of her industry.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, Teresa was Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Chicago’s Golub and Company. She also served as president within the property management division at The John Buck Company for over 15 years.
