Ms. Garcia is a Property Manager and has extensive experience managing bulk warehouse, service centers, full service office, tech office facilities office and retail product. Teri is responsible for the daily management of the portfolio and communication between CBRE and its customers and owners. She is responsible for delivery of all annual budgets, quarterly and monthly reporting as required by the property owners. Teri’s team is consistently rated “excellent” by her tenants and owners. Teri’s current assignment is a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of third party owned properties in the D/FW area.
