Terry Payne, SIOR

Terry Payne, SIOR has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1982, specializing in office project leasing, occupier services and investment sales. Terry began his career with Tooman and Associates and became a partner with Tooman Collins Associates. Prior to joining CBRE, Terry worked for Trammell Crow Company and was responsible for a leasing portfolio of over one million square feet. He also focused on occupier services and investment acquisition and disposition services for both institutional investors and private investors. In 2007, he joined CBRE following their acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. He is working with Troy Gudgel in Capital Markets advising clients in the acquisition and dispositions of office, medical office and retail properties.

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) office designation was awarded to Terry in 1990. The SIOR office designation is given to commercial real estate professionals who have maintained significant transaction volume for over a five-year period. He has served in various leadership positions for the Society, including past president of the Oklahoma chapter in 2011 and a past member of the National Board of Directors.
