Terry is an Executive Vice President and works in the CBRE's Indianapolis office. He manages and execute the full range of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, alternative financing structures, etc.) across a client’s entire geographic footprint.
Terry’s primary focus over the past 30 years has been representing manufacturing and distribution tenants and landlords in Indianapolis, executing a number of significant transactions in that time. Terry’s extensive market knowledge uniquely positions him to assist clients in a range of activities including negotiations to achieve optimal leasing solutions, build-to-suit projects, and securing best available economic incentive packages.
