Terry Delsman

Terry Delsman serves as a Senior Real Estate Manger with CBRE Property Management in its Milwaukee office. Ms. Delsman is responsible for managing a commercial real estate portfolio of more than 2M square feet throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. The portfolio consists primarily of retail assets, office and medical office, for multiple clients. Terry also handles Lease Administration duties for a large Wisconsin based retail client.

With her current portfolio, Ms. Delsman has delivered increased returns for her clients through lease analytics, CAM reconciliation, operational efficiencies, energy management programs and effective capital planning. Her clients value her hands-on relationship with tenants and strategic approach to owner objectives.

Ms. Delsman has more than twelve years experience in the property management industry. Terry’s unique skill set allows her to provide sustainable solutions which deliver measurable value to her clients and her tenants. This value can be measured in improved operational efficiency and a reduction in overall operating costs while maintaining the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

Throughout her career, Ms. Delsman has been responsible for the creation of budgets, monthly financial packages, reconciliations and accounts receivable. In addition, she has completed the competitive bidding of projects, vendor contracts, accounts payable procedures and construction management.
