Terry Dix-Neal is a Senior Transaction Manger on the fourteen-member Baltimore Occupier Services team. Terry and her team focus on delivering best-in-class real estate solutions for a variety of corporate clients within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Having joined CBRE in 2006, Terry has over 20 years of dedicated commercial real estate experience predominately in the retail sector; specializing in multi-market real estate services. As the lead Transaction Manager for the OneFinanical corporate account, Terry manages the transaction process in partnership with her account team members and local field brokers. She is committed to ensuring the best financial results for the client and highest level of customer satisfaction. On average, Terry has successfully completed over 125 transactions annually.
Prior to joining CBRE, Terry worked as a Lease Administrator for Sylvan Learning. Inc. and as a Lease Negotiator for CitiFinancial.
