Theerathorn is currently the Head of the Residential Leasing Department of CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. He is responsible for securing residential accommodation for expatriate employees of multinational companies, and for providing them with a general orientation of Bangkok.   Theerathorn also advises developers on the design, floor plan, interior decoration and marketing of new residential projects.

Theerathorn joined the Residential Leasing Team in March 1994.
